Johnny Brown
Johnny Brown has been a trial lawyer for 36 years. His wealth of experience comes primarily from the field of Personal injury. He has tried and won dozens of jury trials, and successfully settled literally thousands of personal injury claims over his many years in practice. He started as a prosecutor in Texas, and has evolved as the predominant personal injury lawyer in North Texas and in Maui.
He started his career in Texas, where he is still licensed, but for the past ten years he has worked exclusively on the Island of Maui, Hawaii, representing injured plaintiffs against big insurance companies and negligent defendants. He was the first Maui lawyer to win a rat lungworm case, and he has successfully sued and won dozens of tourism claims against large hotel chains, among others. Most importantly, he has set the mark in terms of filing and winning auto accident cases for extensive money damages in the state of Hawaii.
Mr. Brown is a member of the American Association of Justice, the State Bar of Texas, and the State Bar of Hawaii. He is licensed in state and federal court in both jurisdictions. He has literally tried over one hundred jury trials in his vast career, and he continues to work in the great state of Hawaii.
